Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PM&IR) is a two-year with four semester's full time teaching programme at the postgraduate level. This is an approved course of the Utkal University and recognized by the Government of Orissa. On successful completion of the programme the Utkal University awards master degree in PM&IR.Personnel Management & Industrial Relations(PMIR) program is a Post graduate course in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations(PMIR) Programme. Admission Procedure
For the said academic session, the counseling is done and seats are allotted on first come first serve basis subject to performance in qualifying examination applicable for respective course. The meritorious students can have direct admission. The average students will have to undergo a screening test followed by interview to qualify for admission. Economically backward students have the opportunity for reserved seats. A special reservation provision has been made for the children of defence personnel and ex-servicemen with additional benefits
